1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the changji desktop app or engine ("the software"), a changji account, this website, or changji Cloud (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. The software

The changji engine is open source under the Apache-2.0 license, which governs your use of its code. The AI models you choose to run with it are separate works with their own licenses; some of them prohibit commercial use. You are responsible for complying with the license of every model you use.

3. Accounts

  • You sign in with Google. Signing in for the first time creates your account.
  • Keep the devices signed in to your account secure. You can see and revoke them on My account; you're responsible for activity from devices you authorized.
  • New accounts may start in a "pending" state with a limited free quota until an administrator activates them.

4. changji Cloud

changji Cloud provides language models and GPU rendering to signed-in apps. It is subject to quotas and rate limits, which may differ by account and plan. We work to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; jobs may occasionally fail and need to be retried. We may change the models, hardware or limits behind the service. Cloud requests are processed by us and by the upstream model providers we use to run them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • create or distribute content that is illegal where you or your audience are, including sexual content involving minors;
  • depict a real person in sexual, defamatory or deceptive content without their consent, or impersonate someone to mislead others;
  • harass, threaten or incite violence against people or groups;
  • infringe others' copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • remove or hide the AI-generated labels described in section 7 where the law requires them;
  • overload, probe, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of changji Cloud, or resell access to it.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

Your prompts, stories, uploads and the films you make belong to you, as far as the law and the licenses of the models involved allow. We don't claim ownership of them. You give us permission to process what you send to changji Cloud only as needed to provide the service. We don't use your projects or cloud requests to train models. Projects made with the app are stored on your own computer.

7. AI-generated content labels

Videos produced by changji carry a visible "AI generated" mark and a statement in their file metadata. Many places require AI-generated content to be labeled when it's published. You're responsible for disclosing that your content is AI-generated wherever the law or the platform you publish on requires it.

本条款适用于你使用场记桌面端或引擎（下称「软件」）、场记账号、本网站及场记云（合称「服务」）。使用服务即表示你同意本条款。如果你代表某个组织使用，即代表该组织同意。

2. 软件

场记引擎以 Apache-2.0 许可证开源，你对其代码的使用受该许可证约束。你选择搭配运行的各个 AI 模型是独立的作品，有各自的许可证，其中部分禁止商用。你有责任遵守所用每个模型的许可证。

3. 账号

  • 你通过 Google 登录。首次登录即创建账号。
  • 请妥善保管登录了你账号的设备。你可以在我的账号中查看和吊销这些设备；由你授权的设备所进行的操作由你负责。
  • 新账号可能先处于「等待开通」状态，在管理员开通之前只有有限的免费额度。

4. 场记云

场记云为已登录的程序提供大模型和显卡出片服务，受额度和频率限制，不同账号和方案的限制可能不同。我们会尽力保持服务可用，但不保证服务不中断；任务偶尔可能失败，需要重试。我们可能调整服务背后的模型、硬件或限制。云端请求由我们以及我们用于运行它们的上游模型服务商处理。

5. 使用规范

你同意不利用本服务：

  • 制作或传播在你或你的受众所在地违法的内容，包括任何涉及未成年人的性内容；
  • 未经本人同意，在色情、诽谤或欺骗性内容中呈现真实人物，或冒充他人误导公众；
  • 骚扰、威胁或煽动针对个人或群体的暴力；
  • 侵犯他人的著作权、商标权或其他权利；
  • 在法律要求标识的情况下，去除或隐藏第 7 条所述的 AI 生成标识；
  • 对场记云进行过载攻击、探测、逆向工程或绕过其限制，或转售其访问权限。

对于违反上述规定的账号，我们可以暂停其使用。

6. 你的内容

在法律和相关模型许可证允许的范围内，你的提示词、故事、上传的素材以及你制作的片子归你所有，我们不主张其所有权。你授权我们仅在提供服务所必需的范围内处理你发送到场记云的内容。我们不会用你的片子或云端请求训练模型。用程序制作的片子保存在你自己的电脑上。

7. AI 生成内容标识

场记生成的视频带有可见的「AI 生成」标识，文件元数据中也有相应说明。许多地区要求发布 AI 生成内容时予以标识。在法律或发布平台有要求的情况下，由你负责说明内容由 AI 生成。

8. Plans and payment

  • Prices are shown on the plans page and at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.
  • A plan covers a fixed period from the moment payment is confirmed and does not renew automatically.
  • Plan quotas are counted per week and reset every Monday at 00:00 Beijing time (UTC+8). Unused quota doesn't carry over.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. 方案与付款

  • 价格以方案页和结账页面显示的为准。根据你所在地区，可能需要另付税费。
  • 付款由 Stripe 处理，我们不会接收或保存你的卡号信息。
  • 方案自付款确认之时起覆盖一段固定时间，不会自动续费。
  • 方案额度按周计算，每周一 00:00（北京时间，UTC+8）重置，未用完的额度不会顺延。
  • 退款按照我们的退款政策处理。

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. The software itself stays yours to use under its license.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and you should review it before you rely on or publish it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or on this site. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us.

9. 终止

你可以随时停止使用服务，并要求我们删除你的账号。对于违反本条款、或给服务及他人带来风险的账号，我们可以暂停或关闭。软件本身按其许可证仍可由你继续使用。

10. 免责声明与责任限制

服务按「现状」提供。AI 生成的内容可能不准确、出乎意料或不合适，在依赖或发布之前请自行审核。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失承担责任；就任何索赔，我们的总责任以索赔发生前三个月内你向我们支付的金额为限。

11. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款。有重大变更时，我们会更新上方日期，并视情况在程序或本网站上告知你。继续使用服务即表示你接受更新后的条款。如有疑问，请联系我们。
