changji isn't another image or video model. It's the production line that strings them together — keeping track of the story, every shot, every character and every take, the way a script supervisor does on set. 场记不是又一个出图、出片的模型，而是把它们串起来的生产线：像片场里的「场记」一样，记住故事、每一镜、每个角色和每一条的状态。

How it works怎么用

You direct. changji runs the set.你来导演，场记来跑片场。

  1. Tell it the story说出故事 One sentence, a synopsis or a whole novel chapter. Pick live action or anime, landscape or vertical.一句话、一段梗概，或者一整章小说。选真人或动漫、横屏或竖屏。
  2. It writes and plans它来写、来拆 Outline, chapters, script and a storyboard with shot size, camera movement and light for every shot.大纲、正文、剧本，再拆成分镜：每一镜的景别、运镜和光都写清楚。
  3. It shoots它来拍 Character and location references, first frames, video, voiceover and subtitles — with quality checks and retries.角色和场景参考图、首帧、出片、配音、字幕，每一镜过质量检查，不合格自动重试。

No GPU, or not enough? Run changji on a computer that has one — a workstation down the hall or a GPU server you rent by the hour — and link it with the one in front of you. Questions, answered常见问题

Do I need a powerful graphics card?需要很好的显卡吗？

Not necessarily. With a capable NVIDIA, AMD, Intel or Apple silicon GPU, everything can run locally. Without one, install changji on a machine that has a GPU — one of your own, or a GPU server you rent — and link the two: rendering goes to the remote card, and the app works the same either way. See Help.

Are my projects uploaded anywhere?我的片子会上传吗？

No. Projects live on your computer, and nothing is sent to us. When you link a remote machine of your own, only what each job needs goes to it — the reference images and first frame for a shot, say — and the result comes back to your computer.

不会。片子保存在你的电脑上，不会发给我们。和你自己的远程机器互联时，只把每项任务需要的内容传过去（例如一镜的参考图和首帧），结果再传回你的电脑。

Windows (x64), macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Linux (x64 and arm64). There's also a command-line engine for servers. See Download.

What counts as a "minute of finished film"?「一分钟成片」怎么计算？

The length of the video clips changji Cloud successfully renders for you. Failed or cancelled renders don't count, and neither does anything rendered on your own GPU.

What languages does it speak?支持哪些语言？

You can write and talk to changji in Chinese or English, and the desktop app's interface is available in eleven languages.
